I’ve been golfing for 5 years 3 times a week on average. I like to tell my friends I golf in the high 60′s low 70′s. (if it’s any colder than that I don’t go out) Seriously though i’m a left handed golfer but my power arm (throwing,writing) is my right arm. I have an insane amount of draw on my shots even when I don’t intend to so I find myself compensating more than I’m comfortable with. My brother tells me it’s my wrists but I don’t feel it. Does anyone know of a good exercise to prevent this?

I like your swing; it has a smooth tempo…. If I had any constructive criticism, I would say that you need to put your weight more on the inside of your heels (I noticed your feet slide out slightly)

Well, I’m right handed, so it might be different coming from me.. But I have two ways to get rid of a draw (usually results in a fade for me); 1: Come down strong with the lead arm, which would be left for me, right for you and 2: I start the swing tight inside and then just let it rise and drop in the slot. both result in a fade for me. Check out my swing; that’s a pretty consistent fade when it comes to a driver.

hey man nice swing! from the front view it looks like you get very little shoulder turn. dunno if its due to your flexibility or what but increase your shoulder turn and you will get a lot more power. rate my swing please

For a long time instructors taught students to have the feeling you were “sitting” on a bar stool. I always believed we should have been teaching people to feel as though you were “leaning” back on a stool. The last thing you would ever want to do is sit in golf. Sitting will cause the golf club to swing too level to the ground in the downswing, and you will have a tendency to hit the ground behind the golf ball. w w w (dot) golferbreak80 (dot) c0m
