Is Single Plane Golf Swing for you?

Many people strive to get a single plane golf swing. Golf players have large differences in the way that they swing and so you should not be too worried if you do not look like Tiger Woods when you hit the ball.

It has only been recently thought about that some players have a single plane swing and others do not and there are many teaching methods which demonstrate how to change your swing so that it is a single plane golf swing.

If you have a good balance you should be able to achieve a better swing. You can work on this by doing various exercises in order to strengthen your muscles, which in turn will enable you to be better able to hold your body in a solid position. By doing this you should find that you will automatically get a single plane golf swing without worrying about changing your technique.
