One in ten people is left-handed, and while that isn’t an overwhelming majority, it’s nothing to be sneezed at either. Regardless of having millions of left-handed golfers around the world, there are still very few golf equipment companies specializing in left-handed golf. Life isn’t made for left-handed people in general especially for left golfers. Left-handed golfers will struggle a variety of challenges when studying and playing the game of golf, mostly if you aren’t using the proper equipments. Luckily, a lot of golf brands are starting to catch on to the need for quality left-handed golf equipment.

There is a lot of disparity in the way that left-handed golf players play golf. Some left-handed golfers play with right-handed clubs using their right hands, while others play left-handed with right-handed clubs, and the rest play with whatever feels most at ease, whatever that may be. Whether it is a result of different beliefs in older generations, or a sensible way of making golf simpler for themselves, it’s worth taking a few swings on a the appropriate club for you before ordering a special set of left-handed clubs. Clearly, the most important piece of golfing equipment is your golf clubs. You will have to purchase a special lefty set of clubs if you will be playing golf.
