ok. The shaft bend is a camera fault, no way a shaft can bend that much.
@helenathena My point was to be able to drive with your hips your first part of your swing has to be corrrect and this is why a perfect coil is needed for power. Without it you won’t have fast hips. you can’t have one without the other sorry.
backswing = coil or turn
downswing hips turining or lower body
@helenathena Yes I said your right this is why the long hitters can have great temple. At the top of the backswing they don’t even feel the arms swinging the club. They all start with there lower body. 95% of amat always screw up because one there should be a hestitaon at the top of the swing allowing your backswing shift to downswing from there allowing your lower body take the club the rest of the way. Most amat swing faster and pull hook the ball. This will be a great drill to find out
@helenathena No your wrong yes Tiger has fast hips. But with out his huge coil he wouldn’t have that tension he needs to turn his hips so fast. Jack N. always said the hips will follow with a great coil without it no matter how fast your hips are no power.
@TheRounder1980 I’ve been working on that for months. I’ve ended up with my club being “Stuck” behind me, coming too much from the inside and the shanks. Totally at a loss with it now
@iseekgolf the club could be bending that much no? certainly the other frames show similar bending that seem to be in agreement with the expected bending of the club due to acceleration of the club head. But obviously that frame at :33 would mean tiger’s timing was way off.
EPIC @ :34…
look at that shaft flex!!
@bwlee24fsu
Good theory but wrong. Just DSLR video camera artefacts unfortunately.
0:33 is photoshopped.
look at the angle on the shaft at 0:33. Thats amazing…soooo much power
i see some flaws but still a great swing lol
Golf is 90% mental. He will regain his winning form again, probably not this year but next year he’ll have a big year. Adversity is a great thing. Big ups Eldridge, they’ll love you again. Check out my swing, its improved since then but this ones not bad. Thanks and please comment.
I would much rather have a 380cc driver like him and anthony kim have than the 460. Each Golf company should at least provide one driver under 410cc.
@rschotman That’s what happens when you swing a club…His club head speed is around 120mph (+ or minus a few) and the club flexes because of that….If you put any golfers swing in slow motion you’d see the flex in the club. That’s why they make variable shaft stifness ie regular, stiff, ect. The golf ball gets smashed in half as well.
What happens to his club at 0:33 and 1:12? The club face is way in front of the shaft. Or is it because of video lag, capturing the image top down? If it’s real, it’s amazing that he can control it.
@Rand0mRadi0 he needs a XX STIFF
Thank you.
why would 66 assholed thumb down this video? It’s so helpful, with slow motion and different angles. You people are just jealous.
Golf is becoming my new addiction….
pause at 0:33
That is awesome!
is that shaft flex for real??
@jackets13100 deep down you know that someone like me doesn’t ever really “convo”with someone like you.
@michaelkan1 It’s okay idiots such as your self wouldn’t. I’ll admit I got a lil scattererd brained.But you are in no place to be questioning Tiger’s swing and if he has the correct shaft. That’s why I laugh my fucking ass off. Just don’t make another comment on about a pro. You clearly are ignorant. Haha. I also love your attempt to move the convo off his swing and into his to his personal life. Idiot.
@michaelkan1 Easy killer it was a typo. You crack me up. know it all. Who is a moron.
Is this really happening right before impact to the shaft?
