Actually, you don’t hit a swing. You swing a golf club in order to strike a ball. Go to either a golf equipment store or better, a good quality golf course and take lessons from a teaching pro.

    If you wish to make a proper swing, find a teaching pro and take some lessons. One has to see what is happening before any adjustments are made. Inquire through your local golf course as to who in your area may be the best teacher.
